Vacancy: Service Administrator



New role for our busy Service Centre, servicing, new & second hand caravans as well as offering a full accident repair service.

Duties will include:

  • Completing warranty claims
  • Ensuring warranty spreadsheets are kept up to date
  • Use electronic systems for ordering spares and replacement parts
  • Raise invoices to customers and maintain filing system
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers for spares and accessories
  • Deal with customers face to face for collection and delivery
  • Deal with customer complaints / resolve issues
  • Work to provide improvements in systems and process flow
  • Any other required tash your manager asks you to do


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with public in a polite, friendly but sometimes firm manner
  • Be honest and transparent when dealing with customers
  • Work well under pressure and remain calm at all times with customers
  • Present themselves professionally and wear the company uniform provided
  • Needs to be able to follow processes, as warranty claims are process driven
  • Have a pro-active attitude, ready to see issues and deal with them
  • Prepared to work as part of a team and sometimes assist others
  • Have good IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint with proven skills in electronic ordering


Working hours:

Hours : Mon – Fri 9.45 – 5.15pm (30mins lunch)
Sat 9.45 - 2.30pm (every other Saturday)
