We already love our new Barracuda(aka Marmite!).
We really appreciated your time and consideration in setting up the caravan the night before we were due to pick it up meaning not only were all the systems ready to go but it was lovely and warm as well. Much appreciated on a really cold but thankfully not snowy day(the day after was a different story!) Although we’ve been caravanning for a few years, I left your dealership with a sense of confidence with the manner in which you explained the different foibles of a new(to us) brand.
I also know that if there’s anything else I’m not sure of, I can contact you for further clarification and explanation.
I’m also confident that should any issues arise, you’ll do your level best to sort them out for us.
Rest assured, I’ll be booking it in for it’s annual service with you as I prefer to have full dealer facilities when servicing or warranty work is needed and I’ve no reason to want to look elsewhere.

This is our 3rd Buccaneer and one we wanted most but didn't expect to get.
We had decided to "downsize" from the twin axle Cruiser to the Cutter for the 2017 season, only for the Explorer Group to potentially scupper own plans by dropping the model from the range!
With this news began my internet search in the hope of finding one still available and by a stroke of luck I came in contact with you. Although you are 200 miles away from us, you made the purchase not only an easy experience but also a joyful one. Your combination of professionalism and friendship ensured us of the best experience and totally allayed our concerns of the distance being a barrier to purchasing.
On the day of pick up itself I was even more impressed by your overall handover procedure. We arrived to find our new purchase sitting ready for us with all services on - to prove they were working, as you said (we've never had that before). You respected the fact that we had previously had 2 Buccaneers so would be familiar with many of the functions but still gave me hints and tips which no previous dealer in the handover process had done. In fact, having bought several vans over the past decade from a number of dealers, both local and regional to us, I would have to say that your personal handover process should be the one that every other dealer aspires to match. Brilliant.
We are absolute delighted with our purchase and so glad we now know you. I would have no hesitation in recommending other people to purchase a caravan from you, whether they live locally or not.

She was given a good going over when we collected her and she looked really good J
Since then we have kept a close eye on her, and with the exception she has become dirty extremely quickly! the rear panel is still looking fantastic, in my humble opinion it looks better than the factory finish on the front!
We are really pleased and want to say thank you for great service and looking after us so well.

Dear Helen, Please forgive me for not writing sooner, but we have been AWAY in our totally damp free Caravan, for 6 weeks.
I Cannot thank you, and your staff enough for changing our rotten, damp infested caravan back into the caravan that we first bought. I think it was Nick who did the work, sorry if I got the name wrong, but please pass him and his team for a fantastic repair.
We will definitely be coming back to you for all our future servicing and repairs and cannot recommend you highly enough.

We must say that when we decided to buy a New caravan at the caravan show NEC Birmingham in February 16, we did not expect such a great service too. Excellent. You kept us informed of the delivery date, you let us know when the caravan was in. You held onto it for us to arrange to come over for a weeks holiday, and finally you kept to your word of the offer you gave us at the show on our old caravan and the small alterations to our new caravan were completed. Excellent Service 5 Star.
