Called in when staying at Ferry Meadows. Matthew was most helpful in solving my cassette toilet problem. It ultimately needed a new pump and control board. Both of which he had in stock. Gave me advice on fitting myself. Great to find an expert when you really need one. New premises (use the post code and yes it is up the narrow lane) & really well equipped for caravaners.

We went for some bits n bobs for the caravan. Wasn't sure where it was, so we googled it. We found it, we went in and wow, it has plenty of caravanning equipment and awnings. Plus caravans ( obviously) we didn't venture outside, but there were several caravans for sale. As said, there's lots of stuff to see, and I'm pretty sure they will have everything you need for your travels. The place is a tardis. Very spacious and packed with camping gear. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be back again and again.

Thought the service received was only available in France. One word,FANTASTIC. Have recommended to friends and family and will continue to do so. Well stocked shop but the people go above and beyond in helpfulness. Thought we were going to pay about a thousand pounds for new fridge but rare part in stock and fitted while we enjoyed the Aladdin's cave of accessories where we purchased some items we could afford now we didn't have to pay for fridge. Do visit, you won't be disappointed.

Found only one in stock.
Said we were happy to wait until another was in stock. But no.
A member of staff drove some distance, returning after 30 minutes with a second bag.

So"¦. After quite some time trying to find a caravan and trying to weed through the mountains of scammers and dodgy caravan businesses. We searched and almost gave up, then we came across you guys. We travelled 100 miles to see the caravan we wanted. From the moment we arrived we were treated amazingly. We agreed to have it and commenced a walk around the caravan where the chap pointed out bits which were getting fixed (small little tiny issues, like a cracked fridge shelf etc) we re attended 2 weeks later to collect it. I have to say the company on a whole is amazing. The service is amazing and they definitely go above and beyond what anyone could expect from any business. Without doubt, they are the best caravan company I have ever dealt with and I would not hesitate to put my name on promoting them. I am very picky and expect high customers service, I cannot find a single fault or criticism. Truly excellent, your personal touch and attention to details is outstanding, other large well know companies should take a leaf from your outstanding efforts. Thanks guys. Mr Rose.

Bought some Crespo Air Deluxe chairs from Crowland Caravans at the NEC show in March. Arranged pick up from their site in Peterborough as we wanted them before they were able to organise delivery. They were not cheap but are by far the best quality and comfiest chairs we've ever purchased (and we've purchased a few before getting it right). This is late in the posting of which I apologise for, but we were on a holiday in Lincolnshire and a friend wanted to visit Crowland and the Abbey and we stumbled on your shop, we thoroughly enjoyed a walk around it and treated ourselves to a new dinner service, collapsible kettle and table and chairs all of which are standing the test of time and the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and above all friendly we would use this store again gladly.

Twice while out on site at different times we have had to contact these guys on the phone. Always had excellent response and help. Recently it was a bladder for our air awning which we were a bit nervous about but on picking up he explained exactly what to do.
